What to expect in your Lagree class.

  • Lagree combines strength training with cardiovascular intensity (it’s both anaerobic and aerobic) helping to boost your metabolism.

    The movements are slow, but the results are fast!

    With expertly sequenced routines keeping the heart rate up, and the focus on time under tension creates a post-exercise calorie burn (known as the afterburn effect), which helps to re-define your body composition.

  • Lagree targets all major muscle groups, and almost all exercises require a level of core engagement.

    Each class will focus on and engage muscles in the upper and lower body, core and back.

    But it’s not all just strength, cardio and endurance - we’ll also focus on balance, flexibility and mobility.

    It’s all about improving your longevity, baby!

  • Lagree is a patented method and cannot be replicated, nor found elsewhere! Part of what makes it so effective is uniqueness and working off the Megaformer.

    The Megaformer is the centrepiece of the Lagree method and what facilitates a whole-body workout like no other in every class.

    Similar to the Reformer, it uses a sliding carriage and adjustable springs, however they are much heavier than a Reformer and designed for greater resistance. The Megaformer also has additional handles, platforms and pulleys that enable a more intense full-body workout.

  • In each class, you’ll be guided through a series of movements such as planks, lunges, squats, upperbody and core.

    Our routines constantly change and are designed so you’ll always be challenged, never get bored or ever hit a plateau.

  • You’ll get the energy of a group fitness class with the service of a personal trainer.

    Our talented instructors will guide and support you through every movement providing modifications or advanced options based on what you need.
